Header Builder Blank

For some reasons my headers are not appearing in the Header Building section. Screenshot added.

Please, update the theme to the latest version, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to parent theme so we can test what is wrong.

It appears the plug in Popup Builder Gold by Sygnoos is causing it. Can I not use that plug in?

It seems to be some JS error in that plugin that breaks other JS functionality. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help in this situation since it can’t be fixed from our theme side.
