Header Builder broken

Hello!

After I returned to my website after a few weeks, my header builder (woodmart) seems not to work. I disabled all plugins and it does not work either. I´ve installed all recommended patches – can that be the fault? Attached a screenshot of the header builder that shows “Loading, please wait …”.

Please help!

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

I did as you told.

1) turned off all plugins (except mentioned)
2) switched to parent theme
3) checked the issue again
–> Header Builder is still not working

What do you mean with “please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.”
–> I´m now in the parent theme and there is no confirmation

If you mean permission for your user (see private comment of first post) … you now have admin rights.

Pleas tell me, if you need something more.
