Header Builder – Button link not responding anymore

Dear,

Please check the link in private, you’ll see a button “SUPPORT CLIENT” on top right of my desktop header.

This link is not responding when clicking on it. Why?

If the problem still continues then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Parent theme is enabled.

Issue still remains there. Please check the staging provided.

I also have the same issue after the update, if I add a button to the header with all correct links etc. The button does not respond. You click on it and nothing happens.

I just tried the latest minor release 6.5.1 but the issue is still not resolved.

Please, update the theme to the latest version 6.5.2. We have already fixed this problem. Let us know if it still doesn’t work for you.
