    Dear,

    I’ve added a Button in my Header and I’ve enabled the smooth scroll on this button.

    The button is working but the smooth scroll isn’t working, despite having added a value of 1000 ms in the smooth scroll time. Can you please check the link in private in desktop (top-right button)?

    Hello,

    I imported your header and changed the “Link” to the ID of the appropriate section on the page, and everything works well so most likely, the problem in the button’s link on your side.

    I see your test was done with Elementor.

    I’m using WPBakery, not Elementor.

    Dear Luke,

    I updated to the latest version, but still it’s not working. Both the offset and the animation don’t work.

    Can you please recheck? See two sites having the same problem (button top-right in the desktop header)

    The update will be in soon. We are still testing this problem and, unfortunately, the solution is not completely ready
    therefore we cannot make a patch.
