jackennilsParticipantHello Guys,
This is a very odd issue I’m currently facing.
I’ve changed the design of the 2 headers I use (they are identical except that one is set to overlap and the other isn’t) but on some pages I still see an old version. Here’s an example:
I only made changes to the two info boxes in the red rectangle. It should look like this everywhere:

https://i.imgur.com/UwIbbeR.pngIt seems to be totally random and I dont understand why. I’ve tried to disable all the other plugins, especially caching plugins, but still it happens.
Good on:

Thanks

Hung PhamKeymasterHi jackennils,
Thanks for reaching to us.
Everything is looks same on my end https://ibb.co/zhW5wCG3 https://ibb.co/kg1qKswC Purge all cache from your caching plugin and check again. If you’re using a CDN, disable it temporarily and see if the issue persists.

jackennilsParticipantHi Hung Pham,
Thank you for checking on your end. However, this is really strange, as I could test today on several other PCs as well. These PCs all never visited my shop before and they all showed the header differently depending on the page/product. It’s completely random.
I already tried to disable caching, plugins and server-side. No effect, same behaviour. And it happens with those two icon elements only. If I change another part of the header, the change is showing correctly on all pages/products and on all devices.

jackennilsParticipantOk, short update: I did a trick that fixed it. I have added an invisible divider element between the two icons. This seems to have forced the header to update on all pages which did not update.
Problem (somehow) solved, still a strange feeling about this will remain.
