Header Builder does not open

Hi, I tried to open the header builder, it just keep loading and never get to the header that I can change anything.
Also, my product search at the top header does not find any products anymore. The auto complete works, but if I click on the search icon, it always say no products found. Can you please help?
Also, how do I disable the “Review” section? I am using a different review solution and want to disable the one comes with the theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Hi, I am able to get the header builder to open on Firefox instead of Chrome.
Any idea about the Product search always coming in no result?
Can I hide the “Review” option that is by default?

Please provide the site admin access to the private area. Issue # 1 and 2 I will deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, to check the issue
As for the Reviews, they are disabled in Woocommerce > Settings > Product Tab > Inventory.

Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.
