Header Builder doesn't save

Hello,

I have my website all updated and Header doesn’t save the changes, it’s always showing: “Loading, please wait…” I already tried to disable all plugins and rather still i have same problem.

First please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins except the theme required plugins then check the issue, if still the header builder not work and do not save the changes then it means all AJAX requests are blocked by your server https://gyazo.com/9b745bee4660405957ec4aa37017460a

You should contact your hosting provider to check and solve the issue from your server.

Ok. I will open a ticket with my host provider and to explain this problem.

The decision of launching a new theme is to be made by the development team and the theme is in their to-do list. So hopefully you will find another Xtemos Theme soon…
