Header builder doesn't work

Hello, We are using “The Events Calendar” plugin. Here link https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
When we activate the plugin we see the header builder doesn’t work. I have attached some screenshots.
The event calendar is the most popular plugin on WordPress. So please don’t suggest deactivate or contact the plugin author. Because this plugin conflict with only woodmart theme. We tested the plugin with many themes without any single issue. So I am requesting you please fix the conflict.

I am afraid this plugin is not compatible with Woodmart, as the way our, please deactivate the plugin, configure your header and then enable again to use it.

Your reply doesn’t sound good. You are not providing a solution. It’s not for i paid the theme. I paid because i will get support from you any issue. Look, I don’t want to give bad feedback your theme. It’s good reputation theme. You need to find out the conflict and provide to me a solution.

Sorry, I have disappointed you. I will check with our dev team if we can do anything. Please contact the plugin support on your end. Perhaps we will solve this by mutual efforts. There are a lot of different plugins and our theme supports most of them. At the same time, it is not possible to ensure compatibility with all the plugins. Hope for understanding.
