Header Builder doesn’t work

I wanted to do some changes on header builder. It is empty when I clicked Header Builder. How can I fix this? See the attached screenshot.

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.
After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

It works as long as I make deactivate all plugins except you mentioned. Do I have to do that every time when I want to make changes on Header Builder?

Yep, you should do that every time when you want to make changes there. In any case, you can once adjust the Header and then activate all plugins.
