Header Builder Error Since Update

WE updated the theme yesterday and are now having issues with:
Header Builder
– mobile menu is not responsive – depending on the browser it is either vertical or full width
Products
– all previous settings are gone
It’s all very strange. We’ve updated this theme before without any issues. Please help

Please make sure that you have updated the theme plugins as well after the theme update.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
