Header Builder hanging when trying to create a new header or edit an existing

    When I go into the Header Builder and try to edit (or create a new) the Header Builder hangs with the message “loading please wait”. Please advise?

    I uploaded the wrong image. See attached.
    In addition I tried uploading a new builder.js file as per a previous support forum post.
