    Hi,

    The header builder has randomly disappeared. Please see the attached screenshot.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hi,

    There was a conflict with one of the plugins – Interactive 3D Flipbook. I’ve removed the plugin and the header builder is working as normal.
