Header Builder – Invalid server response. Check Your AJAX request

Hi,

I have been trying to edit my custom header in the theme but unfortunately haven’t been able to. Whenever I click on edit button, I get an error message saying “Invalid response from the server. Check your AJAX request”.

The same happens while trying to edit the default header as well.

Also, all the ajax related queris like adding plugins are not working.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Deactivated all unrelated plugins.

It is not related to our theme.

Yes that script is in the functions.php file of child-theme, but is cmmented so shouldn’t have interfered with any thing..
