Header Builder is Blank

Hi I enabled all the plugins but my header builder is still blank. What am I missing?

Please make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins (Please note site can use one builder at one and the same time. If you use Elementor, do not install and activate WP bakery page builder and vice versa)

If you have installed and activated all, however, the header does not appear properly, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

I have Elementor also actived, can I just deactivate WPBakery or do I need to uninstall it?

Or is it a must that WPBakery needs to be used
