Header Builder is empty

When I go to WoodMart > Header Builder the main pane is just a big empty square.

I have already updated the WoodMart theme, switched back to the parent theme, deactivated all 3rd party plugins, and cleared cache, and it’s still just empty.

My client is on Hostinger and does not have a cPanel. Here are the server and plan details:

CPU Cores 2
Inodes 600000
Addons/Websites 100
Max Processes 120
PHP Workers 60
Bandwidth Unlimited
