Header Builder isn't working

Hi guys!

I was trying to change the logo of my website in the Header builder, however, it’s giving me a blank menu. You can see what I mean by the image attached to this post.

Looking here in the community I found this suggestion:

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I already tried it, and it didn’t work.
Can you guys please help-me?

Do you use the Loco? Did you translate this title? Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

1 – Yes I do use Loco
2 – Which title are you talking about? I was referring to the logo, it’s an image.
3 – I am sending you the admin and the pass again here in the “private content”. Please, let me know if you need anything else.
