header builder logo change problem

Hi, I’ve got a question about logo change in header builder.
I set the logo already by Configure Logo settings but logo front side didn’t change. (I’ve tried png/jpg/svg and control the width of the image under 250px.)
Could you help me?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

The problem is caused by the following code in the wp-config.php file http://prntscr.com/t95pke
This code overrides the core WordPress PHP constants and breaks our theme’s functionality.
