header builder not available

Salutations,

For three days it has been impossible for me to enter the Header Builder section of the woodmart theme I’m using.

I have other sites where I have used the woodmart theme, and there I can enter the section in question to modify it.

What happens is that once entered, the various available headers do not appear and therefore it is impossible for me to modify them.

What can I do?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
And switch to the parent theme and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

The problem turns out to be the plugin: New User Approve .
Once the header builder is deactivated, the header builder becomes operational again.

How can I resolve to keep the plugin?

If so, can you recommend any free alternatives to this plug-in?

We have not tested WoodMart theme with this plugin.

You can contact the plugin support so that they could suggest a configuration.

Alternatively, you can deactivate the plugin, edit the header and then enable it again.
