Header Builder not displayed

Hi there!

I’d like to change some things on our header. When select the Header and click edit, there is nothing displayed. We already tried trouble shooting, but couldn’t get it going…

Any idea what this could be?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

We tried setting up a duplicate to not test everything while the site is live – but failed to do so. We will have to try again.

Thats odd… We tried Safari & Chrome browsers and both show a blank page…

That is so weird…Any ideas what we can do? It still doesn’t work for us even after running all available updates and further troubleshooting. We have also noticed warnings related to Ajax in slider revolution.

Please advice next steps.

Try to test how it works using a different computer or your mobile device. Probably, there is some issue on your computer only.

Hi there!

We have checked the backend on 3 devices (iMac, macbook & iPhone) and in 3 different browsers. We have also logged into the same account provided to you. The error is persistent throughout all systems and accounts.

As mentioned before, we have done that but failed to localise the issue as the builder itself was sometime unavailable (even with the Core Plugin active).

We have built a clone. please find the info below.

Please, create a staging website on your server so we can test it there and see what is wrong. But as far as we understand, this issue is caused by some of the installed plugins.

Thank you for the reply. We are currently suspecting this issue to be related to Ajax as we experience similar issues with JS composer and slider revolution. However we couldn’t identify the issue as the backend is unavailable when disabling all plugins except the required ones.
We have setup the clone.
