Header builder not showing

Hi, I want to modify my header but If I go to woodmart > header builder nothing is displayed (please see attached image), please I need help

Please navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > make sure you have installed and activated all.

If you have installed and activated all but the problem is not resolved, please provide your site admin access.

Hi there, thanks for your answer but unfortunately is not working, all of my plugins are activated and still I cant see the header builder
