Header Builder not showing

I bought Basel, and i should find Header Builder under Basel > Header Builder but it is not showing…

What is the catch??

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

This account doesn’t have administrator’s rights. We can’t see all the sections in the admin area, so we can’t check the header builder.

Note that Basel has all its header configurations in Theme Settings -> Header. There is no drag & drop header builder similar to WoodMart.

Glad it’s clear now. Basel doesn’t include a drag-and-drop Header Builder; all header settings are managed in Theme Settings > Header.
