Header builder not showing up and other problem

Hi, i´m trying to use the header builder and since more than a month we get a blank window when opening the header builder, send you attached the image.
Also, when loading my website i think there is a bug because it slightly opens the search tab and closes, its in a matter of 0,3 seconds aproximately.

Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
