[email protected]ParticipantHello. I cannot figure out why our header is not updating. I have erased and started from scratch they still do not update. We have (2) headers. Our default home page header (starred) updates fine. However, our header on the rest of the pages (“header Pages”) does not update correctly. Since our pages are mainly white, we have a blue color background on the header that goes to these pages. It will not update to this color and only shows in white. I have tried clearing cache and deleting and will not update. Please assist, as we need this issue fixed to go live!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, disable
mod_security
on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.Best Regards

[email protected]Participantthat did not fix the issue. Do i need to contact our hosting provider to make this fix? That is extremely time consuming. How can I disable mod_secuirty and will this definitely fix the issue?

[email protected]ParticipantHello. The issue is not on the home page as I showed on my first screenshots that I sent. The header works fine on the home page. On all my other pages, with the header it should be showing for those specific pages, it does not show properly. So the same issue is still showing. I had disabled all plugins as well and this did not previously fix the issue.
These pages do not show the correct header. Please help with a solution.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
These pages are configured to show another header: https://prnt.sc/1103tus
You have set the light color scheme in the row of this header: https://gyazo.com/82955cf5e9ae124d59df601a7f65625b
You have also set white color for the button and social icons that is why they are not visible, check them now.
I have added changes and they are reflected in the pages.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantThis is still not correct. Please refer to my first message. Those pages are configured to another header, that is correct. We have it this way purposely. It is also purposely set to the light color scheme for that row. As you can see in your video https://gyazo.com/82955cf5e9ae124d59df601a7f65625b the background color of that row should be blue. The blue color background is not showing as you can see. This is our issue.
