Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

You didn’t disable all external plugins yet.
I done with some but i did not get which plugin is going to affect that i share admin password with you pls do needful

it see but when we click to edit one of the header it’s not opening only showing loading please wait. i wait for 30 mins but no change.

It seems that you have not configured HTTPS correctly. Some links still have HTTP. Make sure that your settings have HTTPS in domain and don’t have HTTP anywhere else.
