Header Builder Not Working

Hi. I am trying to update the header for this Woodmart theme I just recently bought, but I noticed that the header builder is not working properly. It is blank. I cannot drag and drop anything. I can’t even upload the updated logo. I am using the elementor feature. I even tried to switch to WPBakery if the header builder features will appear, but still nothing. I hope you guys can help me with this one. Thanks.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
