Header Builder not working

Hi guys,
as in subject my Header Builder doesn’t work properly: tryng to edit a header (in ‘headers manager’) i receive an empty window (in the place of settings window, see screenshot).
I already tryed to de-activate all the plugins but the problem persists.
Can you help me to solve?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
