Header builder not working

Hi our header builder is not working. The following message appears: The header builder cannot be loaded correctly. Probably, there is some JS conflict with some of the installed plugins or some issue with the header builder script. Check your JS console to debug this. Try to disable all external plugins and be sure that you have the latest version of the theme installed and then check again. How can this be solved?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Please, disable all non-theme-related plugins temporarily so we can see how it works.

I have the same issue and did disable all plugins that are not related to the theme but still receive massage says “The header builder cannot be loaded correctly. Probably, there is some JS conflict with some of the installed plugins or some issue with the header builder script. Check your JS console to debug this. Try to disable all external plugins and be sure that you have the latest version of the theme installed and then check again”.
