Header Builder Not Working

I need to set header builder, but it’s not showing anything. I have disable almost all plugins not related to the theme but it’s still not working.

Have you checked they are not hidden. I am having issues with the header. I clicked on the mobile header icon in header builder made changes, and for some reason my desktop header disappeared.

When I looked into it, the desktop header settings had changed to “hide on desktop”.

Very frustrating, why can’t I change the mobile header settings with affecting the desktop header?

1. Make sure you have enabled all in Appearance > Install plugins

2. Deactivate all excepting:

CMB2
Redux Framework
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

and check the issue. If the problem remains provide your site admin access to the private area.

Hello, I have noticed that whenever I deactivate ShortPixel Plugin, the header builder appears. So ShortPixel is not compatible with the theme ?

We didn’t test this plugin with our theme and didn’t declare its full compatibility. We suggest you keep this plugin deactivated while configuring the header and then turn it on again.
