I think the Theme hasn’t been updated fully.
The Header Builder is coming fully Blank.
Please get it sorted as soon as possible.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check the issue.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
