Header Builder problem

I’m not able to modify the logo and other elements of the header as nothing is shown in the header bulder tool of the dashboard. However I can see the different headers proposed and choice them through Theme settings/General/Header Banner. Can you give me some hint about what is going wrong? and how to use the header builder or any other alternative way to modify the header. Thanks

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Disable the child theme and activate the parent theme.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

You need either check the custom code of the child theme and correct the snippet that causes the problem or edit the header with the child theme disabled and then enable the child theme.
