After changing any field in the header builder I click on the save button but the page keeps loading and nothing happens.

The page remains as shown in the picture below for minutes.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help. https://gyazo.com/e2b16c15e16b53ec1cb4ea6ac0c1256f

    Kind Regards

The problem was solved with the last suggestion you gave. I disabled Mod Security. Thank you very much for your interest and support.

We are glad that you sorted it out. We recommend you also consult with your hosting provider to investigate it further and disable it for the header only. In general, mod security better to be enabled.

    Kind Regards
