Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

The issue is related to your customizations in the child theme, if we enable the parent theme, the problem is gone. Here is a video: https://take.ms/QWJpc

Also, looks like you have 2 parent themes, leave the parent theme with the latest version.
