Hello,
Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency options > Number of decimals and Set Number of decimals = 0. This will remove decimals for all prices.

it is removing decimals from all places including cart and checkout pages , i just want to hide decimals in header totals

WooCommerce does not provide a built-in option to hide decimals only for the header cart subtotal, as the “Number of decimals” setting under WooCommerce > General > Currency options is a global configuration and affects all prices across the entire site, including product pages, cart, checkout, and widgets. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
