    The changes are not saving, it just stay at “please wait”

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Its a fresh install without any other plugins except the ones that came with the theme. Iv’e included login details below. Thank you

    You need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.

    Yes we are able to resolve it. Modsecurity was blocking it. Whitelisted the particular rule which was hit as it’s a false positive blockage and it is saving now. Thank you.
