Header changes not saving – still displaying prebuilt

hello, I am using woodmart with Cars prebuild website.
im trying to change the header, when i hit save it saves in WP backend, but still display old data on frontend.
i have verified that I am editing proper header, saved the theme settings etc, nothing works.
please help to find the issue
