    Hello there!

    We’ve recently purchased WPML and added a Spanish translation to our store and there’s a few things that are not translating properly from the main domain to the spanish subdomain.

    The main one is that the header changes on the single product page. While there is only on header, this one displays the menu perfectly on the English site (Capture 2) but it displays the default Woodmart logo and an extra green header on the Spanish subdomain (Capture 1). I’m guessing it might have something to do with the logo URL and a confusion among the domain and subdomain but can’t find anything about it.

    The second problem is related to the Widgets, more specifically to the Woodmart Woocommerce Layered nav. I’ve read about this problem in the WPML support forums here ( https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woodmart-layered-nav-widget-not-showing-in-the-translated-shop-page/ ). Although I’ve translated All categories, Attributes and certain products (all our shoes, for example) when I go to the Shoe categorie in the English store the filter displays (capture 3) whereas when I go from the spanish site there is no Layered nav although this has been translated (captured 4).

    Any help on this is highly appreciated.

    1. The logo is showing fine now in both languages. I think it is your cache issue, I have removed the cache from the site plugins now the logo is showing fine on the Spanish page as well: https://ibb.co/7rXzDBD

    2. Actually, the issue is that you have not assigned the products to the filter type set or attributes in the Spanish language, please assign the products or add the attributes in the Spanish language then it will work fine on the Spanish shop page as well, please see the screenshot: https://ibb.co/nc30bg3

    Hello Aizaz,

    Thank you for your quick response, the problems still persists, let me expand:

    1. The logo works properly on the homepage, the shop page and all other pages, However, as soon as you click on a product and go to the Single Product Page, that’s where the header, the logo and the menu changes to the Woodmart default logo and green header. I don’t think I have that logo anywhere on the site media so I really don’t know where that comes from, it just goes to the default Woodmart despite there is already a header.

    2. right now I only translated the shoes category and a couple of belts, I stopped translating products because I wanted to fix this issue before. I’ve attached a few screenshots of the problem. Capture 5 shows the Woodmart Woocommerce Layered nav and the attribute and category that is set up for (shoes in English and Spanish). Capture 7 shows the translation of the Women’s Shoe Size attribute in spanish and how once the products are translated, these are included in the spanish Attribute. Finally, and just to double check, Capture 9 shows how if we go to the spanish translation of the shoe and see its attributes, these are display in their spanish translation. I think I’ve translated everything that I could but I still don’t know what I am missing, this is happening with the belts categories too.

    Hi Aizaz,

    I’m sorry to bother you again but I was just finishing translating the rest of the products and realize that the other filters are not working. the T-shirt size is visible from that product category but the Ring size and the iPhone Case are not being displayed. I’ve checked the attributes both in English and Spanish and everything seems alright.

    Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? I don’t want this to be a problem in the future in case we decide to add new categories / sizes.

    It is your cache issue, please after making the changes in the site, remove the cache first then check the site:

    Thanks for your response and help. I clear the cache on Autoptimize and SuperCache, I’ll try to do it multiple times next time!
