Header colour not loading up after importing Retail Demo

Hi,

This demo is supposed to look like this:

However, in my site is showing up as in screenshot

I have tried to make modifications in header builder however this white colour is not changing

Other demos appear to load properly but I am really interested in this one

I am just reuploading now. As you can see my header is showing up white for no reason. I really need to sort this out as I will be using this demo(Retail)
