Header CSS on iPad Wrapping Navigation

I have a header with the center block the flex block, this is where my menu is so Logo – Menu – Empty.
On Desktop the menu stretches correctly and the logo only takes up a small portion of the header.
On iPad starting at 1025 the first block with the logo stretches to 50% of the width, centered in its block. then the menu is wrapped in the other 50% of the width.
How do I make it so the menu takes up more of the width of the header on this size screen?
