Header disappear after some visits

Hello,
I am facing an issue related to the header of my website, it appears normally in the first visit (sometimes) and it doesn’t appear at all in another cases. in addition, if it doesn’t appear that means it won’t appear even if i have tried to access the websites many times later.
I have tried many solutions from XTEMOS forum but all are not working.

It is working fine after cache deletion, add to that the issue is not appearing for the user legginged in users. and some times it is affected some pages only and not all the website pages.
