HEADER displays incorrectly

Hi, I hope you can help. We have selected the Base Header in the theme settings, but for some reason it’s not working for post category pages. Everything else, including product category pages works fine.

I have scoured the theme settings, your online documentation, and even the theme files, but I can’t see if this is a setting somewhere that I am overlooking.
The other pages have the correct header layout – menu items to the left and two menu items to the rigth of the page. Also, the learning centre page has a very large white space that should not be there. See screenshots

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and update the site admin access to the private area
