Header does not show on all pages

We have built a custom header with the header builder.
It works very well on some pages, but some it does not display the new header.

On this page it displays:
https://cafejeannedarc.netdevices.fr/thes-et-infusions/

on this page:
https://cafejeannedarc.netdevices.fr/cafes/

it does not display the same header.

If we create new pages, it works again, but it would require us to restart doing all pages.
Any other simpler solution?

Please Edit the page on which the header is not displaying and set the new header as customer header for the page then clear cache and check back.
