Header doesn't stick on desktop and mobile

Can anyone help me why the header dosent stick on my website although if I selected to make it sticky for desktop and mobile? When I scroll down the header is on top and doesn’t stick. If I missed something I woulda appreciated your help.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check the settings.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Perhaps there is a plugins conflict.

The sticky row should both on the desktop and in mobile, it is not possible to set the different modes for the different devices.
