Header element alignment breaks

When the page is loaded and there is the slightest intereaction (mouse cursor movement, page scroll, etc.) the images in the header (top left corner) changes alignment from horizontal to vertical. See the video for reference.

I fixed this myself by splitting the two images in a single text/html blocks into two separate text/html blocks.
Nevertheless, this never happened prior to V8.0.3 and needs attention.
