studio84digitalParticipantDear,
I’m using a custom font HV Cedarwood for titles and headers. The problem is that the margin on top of the font is not correct, here are some examples:
Page title: https://media.studio84.be/p9uZkgDB
Related products on mobile: https://media.studio84.be/DOuKBXOdI noticed in elementor it’s the font: https://media.studio84.be/bLuZqz74
How can I add a margin to all elements that use this font? Thanks in advance.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have selected menu items and did not select the titles: https://gyazo.com/34619e2acbf36800118abd2c443ac67a
You can configure the titles in the Theme Settings > Page title. As soon as I set “Default” I got this: https://gyazo.com/b445858f601672e053ae686684779f0d
You need to either keep “Default” or set line height for custom font.
You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
Here is the documentation providing more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/

studio84digitalParticipantDear,
Switching page titles to default or large only makes the header bigger. The top margin problem with the font remains. Like said before, it’s the font. I have the same problem with other parts in the theme like here:
https://media.studio84.be/DOuKBXOdUsing the theme “settings – advanced – page title” to adjust the line height doesn’t do the job.
Can you provide me with css to add a top margin to this font for everywhere on the website?
Or for certain H tags?July 12, 2023 at 3:02 am #480771
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide the page URL which is shown on your screens.

studio84digitalParticipantPage header: https://dev6.studio84.be/contact/
Cart header: https://dev6.studio84.be/winkelwagen/I notice the bigger the font the lower the margin on top of the font.
Also when title is used on pages like product (related products below the product), the top margin is too little. Especially noticeable on mobile.
Product page: https://dev6.studio84.be/eames-lounge-chair/
Screenshot mobile: https://media.studio84.be/NQup7GXKI know it’s the font, I don’t have this problem with other sites using your theme.

studio84digitalParticipantElise,
I’m well aware of this solution. This works only for “page title”. I hope you understand I can’t possibly create an advanced typography for all the situations this font is used as a title? I gave you an example of the “related products” title. Here’s another example, the title for checkout and cart:
https://media.studio84.be/lluX6NDEMany more like this. So… I’ll need help for this to know all the “title” possibilities.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can change all the text elements on your site owing Advanced Typography. You will find most of the selectors.
In addition, you can insert any custom selector.
You can find a tutorial on how to detect custom CSS selectors.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This font looks as it does, it is created with alignment vertically:
Alignment of the default font: https://prnt.sc/2tvhbI5OsLlg
Alignment of the custom font: https://prnt.sc/QCm_eHwejhDYWoodMart as well as any other theme does not influence the font view. You can check the font on any default theme and see the same.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
