Alternatively, you can contact the host support and ask them if there is the site backup automatically made (most hosts do that) you can restore the site and then correct it as per your needs.
Please make the full site backup from time to time, before you install a plugin, update something or change considerably.
If you see that the theme does not work properly, please describe the problem in detail. Disable the plugins and child theme and check the problem again.
