Header hide in mobile

Hello,

The header of my website hide, but i need that the header stay displayed.

As you can see in the screen shot, the text is big, how can make them smaller only in phone please?

Hello,

You have not attached the screen. Most likely you have set a page template without the header, please try to switch and check.

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

If you still need help with the header provide your site admin access and page URL to the private area.

Please enable the sticky header in the Header builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/enable-sticky-header-option/

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

I changed the setting but that dosn’t work, that work only when i’m connected with my own acount and not work for every visitor.

Please check your credentials, I cannot log in to check. Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme.
