Header is breaking while theme update

Today we have updated the theme to the latest version. After the theme update the header get break. There was a icon for tracking its size get increased and menu items position changed. What can be the reason for this?

This tracking icon was build by us inside the HTML block

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
