Header is one row down for some reason

my header has a white gap for some reason and i have tried different headers and they are the same

This is the header banner. You can disable it from Theme Settings >> General >> Header Banner.

ok thanks for that,
that has resolved one of my issues with the header
is seems my text has underneath my head banner not below it now, where should i go to fix that? cheers
