Header issue

When I login my wordpress dashboard then header is showing on my site and after the logout my dashboard then header is not showing my webiste, what is the reason, why this thing happening in my site, I already set my twice time header of my site through your help support. Please fix this permanent issue, check the Screen Short

Try to disable the Mobile DOM optimization option in Theme Settings -> Performance and check how it works.
