Header Issue & Shop Page Category

Hello,
I want to do some changes in Main Header but when I’m editing it for desktop sticky header it is showing logo + Menu + other
but I need logo + Search bar + other. I tried many times but not working.
in mobile when I doing changes in Main Bar for mobile it also changes in desktop mode as well. firstly it was working good but not now. when I do any changes in desktop mode it also happens in the mobile model.

In the shop page i’m unable to operate the category section in it is showing less and where from i edit this including sizes?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).

You need to make sure that you uncheck the option “Sticky header clone” from Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Your Current Header >> Settings >> Sticky Header Tab.

Then make one row sticky from those 3 rows in your header. To set an example for you I make the “Main Header” row as sticky: https://jmp.sh/MpEKRUy

Some of the settings are the same for both mobile and desktop layout like background color etc. So when you edit in the mobile layout it also changes in the desktop. But the elements will not affected.

As you have 8 categories but only 7 were shown in shop header title. It might be possible that the specific category which is not showing does not contain any product or that is also possible that the specific category is the sub category of some other category and shown with hover.

There is no such option to add those categories manually. All the product categories will automatically shown in the shop header title section.

Resolved: my search bar issue is resolved by unchecking “sticky header clone”.

a few days ago mobile and desktop mode was fine I assigned different colors to the top bar it was working perfectly but not now. might be bcoz of new upgrades.

I checked that category has a product but and it not a subcategory of any other still it is not earlier it was visible as well. in the sidebar it is visible but not on the shop category. & your screenshot links are not working.

I’m glad that your first issue is resolved.

No, different colors for the header rows for mobile and desktop layout can’t be applied with the theme options. But you can use the below CSS in Custom CSS for mobile from Theme Settings >> Custom CSS to use a different background color for top bar in mobile devices:

div.whb-top-bar {
   background-color: red;
}

Deactivate all the third party plugins and then check back the categories issue. If the 8th category still not shown.

Then remain the third party plugins as deactivated and share the login details.

thanks, the top header issue is resolved.
I deactivated all plugins but nothing happened. please have a look on my site. hope you’ll fix the errors.

I’m glad that your top header issue is resolved.

I have test your site and resolved the categories issue also. Now the furniture category is shown in your header title section.

Actually you select the furniture category as default category and mistakenly you deleted the “uncategorized” category. In our theme its a rule that the default category will not shown in the header title section because it contains all those products which do not have any specific category.

So to fix this I created a new category and named as “Uncategorized” and make it default.

Thanks, i changed the Uncategorized name bcoz that was visible I want to hide this category. see it is on the home page and in the sidebar as well. how I can hide this?

To hide the uncategorized category from your home page you can enable the “Hide empty” option from the Product Category settings General tab: https://jmp.sh/1OBC5PZ

Also you can show your specific categories by inserting the category name in “Categories” option inside the element and avoid the uncategorized category:

The uncategorized category can be renamed and filled with the products. This category is added in the WooCommerce plugin and it doesn’t have an option to hide it from sidebar.
